The Leoz-Valencia family has been cultivating olive groves and vineyards using artisan methods for generations, passing down from father to son the knowledge of traditional ways of working and the love and dedication for well-made products.

Nowadays, oil is the result of this heritage of several generations, and the oil is made in our modern installations following the strictest quality controls. The oil is made by milling the olives from our own olive groves, cultivated as enthusiastically as our ancestors did.

LAND AND CLIMATE

olive oil comes from an area which is ideal for the production of high quality oil and wine.
San Martín de Unx is a small town 600 metres above sea level. The olive groves and vineyards grow on shallow soils on south-facing terraces, protected from the north winds by the surrounding mountains.

These conditions result in low yields of excellent quality olives with exceptional aromatic properties.
Its wine and oil are well-known throughout the region and its fame has spread beyond our borders, as recorded in many historical documents.
